Use of Services

Our financial coaching services are designed to educate and guide clients in wealth management principles.

Client Responsibilities

Successful financial coaching requires active client participation:

• Provide accurate financial information necessary for effective coaching and personalized guidance
• Implement recommended strategies consistently and communicate progress during coaching sessions
• Maintain confidentiality of other clients' information encountered during group coaching activities
• Make final investment decisions independently based on your risk tolerance and financial circumstances

Intellectual Property Rights

All coaching methodologies, educational materials, investment frameworks, and analysis tools are proprietary to Greviluxmedia.com and protected by copyright law.

Clients may use these materials solely for personal financial development and may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize any content without written permission.

Payment Terms

Financial coaching services are provided based on the following payment structure:

• Individual coaching programs are priced at R5,250 and must be paid before coaching sessions commence
• All fees are quoted in South African Rand and include applicable VAT as required by law
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of program start and are subject to our refund policy terms

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with 14 days written notice. Greviluxmedia.com reserves the right to terminate services immediately for violation of these terms.

Upon termination, clients retain access to previously delivered educational materials but lose access to ongoing coaching support and platform tools.

Service Disclaimers

Financial coaching services are educational in nature and do not constitute specific investment advice or guaranteed returns. All investment decisions remain the sole responsibility of the client.

Limitation of Liability

Greviluxmedia.com's liability is limited to the amount paid for coaching services and excludes consequential damages or investment losses.

Client Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify Greviluxmedia.com against any claims arising from their investment decisions, tax planning strategies, or financial transactions undertaken following our coaching guidance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by South African law and any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Modifications to Terms

Greviluxmedia.com may update these terms to reflect changes in services or legal requirements.

Clients will be notified of significant changes via email with 30 days advance notice.
